A Game Master (GM)
GMs are in charge of customer care and announcements. They are also staff members who make communication easier and smoother between the company and players. If you like to help other people, this is a great opportunity for you. A GM is responsible for the Direct Q&A board; a direct communication line between the GMs and players (faster responses for customers) and acts as the referee, organizer, announcer, spokesperson of the company and collector of feedback regarding the game from players. OnNet USA Inc. prefers a person who has some experience with MMORPG game operations. Extensive MMORPG experience is another plus. For this particular position, we also require research, emailing, and clerical skills.

Project Managers (PM)
Project Manager will serve online game, which is going to be serviced by OnNet USA Inc. Project Managers are in charge of customer care, announcements and planning events as well as communicating with game masters. It is essential for project manager to communicate with developers and game masters to provide quality services. Another critical duty is planning and executing the events in the game and manage the service in all aspects including billing inquiries. OnNet USA Inc. is looking for the person who has experiences in gaming industry with leadership. It is important to be a responsible organizer, announcer and spoke person of the company. OnNet USA Inc. prefers a person who has some experience with MMORPG game operation. Extensive MMORPG experience is another plus.

Requirements
- Must be a fluent/native English speaker and writer (GM)
- Must be able to commute daily to our office in San Jose, California, USA (GM)
- Some experience with playing MMORPGs (GM) /operating MMORPGs ( PM)
- Resident in the San Jose Area in California USA (PM)
- Some college degrees (PM)
- Must be responsible person and leadership skills required (PM)
- Excellent communication skills (GM & PM)
- A Passion and a love for games (GM & PM)

Prefer
- Previous MMORPG game operating experience (GM)
- Experience in planning promotional events (PM)
- Career / education level: Bachelor’s degree (PM)
- English and Korean Bilingual (GM&PM)
- Experience in Customer Service (GM&PM)
- Proofreading skills (GM&PM)
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint (GM&PM)
- Website maintenance skills (html, asp, etc.) (GM &PM)

Salary/wage: Negotiable
